Courses Offered
At Belfast Boys' Model School, we offer a wide range of subjects in Sixth Form to ensure pupils have diverse options that align with their interests, career goals, and future aspirations. Our curriculum is designed to equip pupils with the skills they need to succeed in an ever-evolving world, with courses that not only focus on traditional academic subjects but also embrace new and emerging fields.
To meet the changing needs of pupils and the modern workforce, we continually introduce new subjects that foster creativity, critical thinking, and technical skills. These additions ensure our pupils remain competitive and well-prepared for higher education or the job market, with subjects ranging from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) to the arts and vocational courses.
Furthermore, we collaborate with other schools within the Area Learning Community (ALC) to offer an even broader selection of subjects. Through this partnership, pupils can access courses that may not be available at our school, enriching their educational experience. This collaboration provides opportunities to learn in different environments, engage with peers from other schools, and benefit from a variety of teaching styles, all of which enhance their academic journey and broaden their perspectives.
All Level 3 courses offer direct progression to university.
