Enrichment

During Enrichment on a Wednesday afternoon pupils in Years 12-14 benefit from exciting opportunities to build their employability skills from a wide choice of Enrichment experiences.  Pupils develop leadership, organisation, resilience, initiative and communication skills, vital for employment, Further and Higher Education, as well as Higher Level Apprenticeships.

Pupils have a wide menu of choices including the exciting IFA Football Academy, Boxing, Barista training, Duke of Edinburgh, Health & Fitness, Hospitality, Coding, Young Enterprise, Music Performance, Photography, Art, training for Peer and Primary School Mentoring, Youth and Community Work, Anti-Bullying and Mental Wealth training.   Boys also have the opportunity to take part in the Turing project allowing them to travel to different European countries.

Enrichment opportunities are available for pupils in Years 8-11 at various times throughout the school year to help in the development of these key wider skills.
