The school community is saddened to learn that our Chair of Governors, Mr Edwin McMurran M.B.E., passed away on the evening of Monday 20 November.
Mr McMurran had been unwell for some time, but it was characteristic of his outstanding loyalty and commitment that he continued to carry out his duties faithfully until earlier this term.
We will remember him as a man of great integrity whose valuable and sustained service over so many years significantly enriched the life of the school.
