Customer Service in Action

Year 14 Travel and Tourism students had two visits for their Customer Service unit on Tuesday 26th February. The first was to the Ramada Encore Hotel where they recieved a wealth of information on how the hotel ensures they deliver excellent customer service to their guests. They then made their way to the City Hall where they not only got to learn about customer service, but also got a tour and the chance to try on some Councillor robes. I think we may have a few budding Belfast councillor's within Belfast Boys' Model School!
