Several pupils from Year 9 were treated to tea, coffee, hot chocolate and cookies this morning in celebration of their commitment during lockdown earlier this year. These hard-working young men were nominated by their teachers for a 'Lockdown Legend' certificate from January to April for showing dedication to their remote learning.
Mrs Montgomery and Mrs McCracken attended the event and praised the pupils on their work ethic, independence, and determination to succeed even during the most challenging of circumstances. They should feel very proud of their 'Lockdown Legend' achievement.
