We were very lucky to have 12 BT employees or "Founders" with us this week for our Year 14 Enrichment session. The Year 14 pupils took part in a BT Careers 'Speed Dating' event where they had the opportunity to speak to different BT employees about their jobs, apprenticeships, career pathways and progression routes in BT. Alongside this there were skill development sessions where the boys took part in various groupwork tasks developing their communication, problem solving and teamwork skills. This is only the start of our journey with BT and we are already looking forward to the next session. #welearn #partnerships #progression
