Year 11 Travel and Tourism and Hospitality students were invited to be part of the Antonio Carluccio Foundation Masterclasses with Ulster University to sample their prestigious courses and explore a range of pathways that could be on offer to them in the next few years.
They experienced a range of taster sessions including planning their own restaurant, making cocktails (non-alcoholic!), Barista style coffees and how to deliver excellent service to their customers.
All pupils developed a range of transferable skills they can take back to the classroom, as well as seeing what university life could be like. #raisingaspirations
